AboutI got certified as a scuba diver in 2004 through a NAUI facility called SubAquatic Sport and Service (SASS). I took my NAUI Advance scuba diver class that same year. In 2006 I took my NAUI Master Scuba Diver and Nitrox Scuba Diver classes through SASS. I have had so much fun with my scuba diving activities! I have enjoyed travel and meeting other scuba divers. I also have enjoyed reading and participating in the ScubaBoard.com forums (my user name is kazoodiver). I have had a marine aquarium for more than 10 years, and I also participate on ReefCentral.com and MichiganReefers.com. I am also a member of a local marine aquarium club called West Michigan Marine Aquarium Club.As you probably can tell, I am very passionate about the marine world, actually I am very passionate about the underwater environment! Most of my scuba diving is done in fresh water, but I love to go "tropical" when I can. Some of the great places I have been scuba diving include: Cozumel (your really not a scuba diver unless you have been there), Curacao, Yap, Palau and all over Michigan.This scuba themed store is an attempt to give something back to the scuba diving community. I love looking at different "scuba t shirts", so I thought "why not design some of my own." I have turned to Cafepress to help manage this endeavor. It was my hope that once I have turned a profit, to donate a portion of my proceeds to organizations that help promote healthy oceans and waterways. I currently donate some of my personal income to these types of organizations so why not some of my businesses! Since I have been able to make my initial investment I have been donating portion of the sales to various organizations.If you have any ideas for designs let me know.
